Very Grateful

Today I became overwhelmed with emotion.  The day started with Linda setting out to see what we could do to find a Dentist and Eye Dr. We would like to send a big thank you to Decatur Dental Care and Dr. Kelly Clark for helping us with the dental visit.  Then this afternoon, I received an email from the book keeper letting me know that some generous friends have accounted for a little over 1/3rd of our fees.  Allowing us the opportunity to add more ornaments to the Wish Tree.  Speaking of fees,many of you have asked what the $2950 hosting fee goes to.  Below is a break down of where the money goes:

Child's Travel Expenses (airfare to JFK, transport)                     $1700

Documentation                                                                           $300

Medical Insurance                                                                      $100

Portion of Chaperone Expenses (Insurance, airfare, stipend)       $400

Interview Trip                                                                             $50

Safety Visit                                                                                 $100

Total                                                                                         $2950

Not included in the hosting fee's are the connecting flight to Chicago where we will pick him up. If you think that you could help in this area you can do so by click here.
